About

All of our cheese is made from milk that comes from Crocker’s Farm in Newport, here on the Isle of Wight.

The Bradley family run a herd of pedigree Holstein Friesian cows and the milk produced is a beautiful balance of fat, protein and lactose; all vital ingredients for the cheesemaking process.

We collect the milk ourselves, two to three times a week ensuring fresh milk is used when making the cheeses.
